Thanks guys. It takes anywhere between 20 minutes and 4 hours. The viking? I drew him in dailies, painted a B&W version that night in about an hour and 20 min cause I thought that was all I'd have time for. I started late and was too tired. The next day I had some time at work so I painted in some color and corrected some poor value decisions. which was maybe an hour? There's not all that much in them so they don't take long to do. What should take longer is my decision making!
